We hiked the 650 km Jordan Trail for 35 days in October and November 2018. It was the most meaningful (and challenging) experience of our lives.

We are Anna (28), originally from the U.S, and Patrick (33), from New Zealand. We met in Queenstown, New Zealand where we lived for 3 years before packing our bags to explore Eastern Europe and Asia for 6 months. Our plans changed and one day we found ourselves close to the Syrian border about to embark on a walk through Jordan.
We were keen hikers in New Zealand but nothing prepared us for the Jordan Trail.
